테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 윌렛 증류소의 신선한 옥수수 향과 뉴 아메리칸 오크에서 온 바닐라, 캐러멜의 노트가 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 팰럿으로 옮겨가면 흑설탕, 시나몬, 구운 옥수수 빵이 명확하게 드러나며 59.1% ABV의 캐스크 스트렝스가 단단한 구조감을 잡아준다. 피니시는 길고 오크 탄닌과 토피의 풍미가 잔잔하게 발전한다. 잔에 두고 시간이 지나면 곡물의 단맛이 더 또렷해지며 균형이 단단하게 잡힌다. 2016년 빈티지 윌렛 8년 숙성된 디스틸러리 싱글 배럴 보틀링에서 켄터키 크래프트 버번의 균형감이 또렷하게 정리되어 있다.
