테이스팅 노트
노즈는 젖은 석회암 같은 미네랄 톤에서 출발한다. 굴 껍데기와 다시마, 레몬 껍질이 이어지며 해안가의 인상이 명확하게 드러나고, 물을 더하면 커피 향이 뒤늦게 올라온다. 팰럿은 예상 밖으로 데킬라를 떠올리게 하는데 레몬과 소금기, 아가베의 단맛이 크리미한 질감 위에 얹힌다. 피니시는 길고 기름지며 짠맛과 타르 뉘앙스가 남는다. 카베르네 소비뇽 마감치고는 과실보다 미네랄이 앞선다.

very good, a little tequila-ish and bizarrely aquavity (yeah I know), with a lot of lemon, salt, and yes, agave. Really, it’s got a mezcaly side.
