향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
노즈는 처음에는 말수가 적지만 곧 왁스 광택제와 니스, 밀랍 쪽으로 향이 열린다. 그 위로 들꽃과 꿀물 같은 섬세한 톤이 겹치고, 후반에는 가벼운 연기와 새 고무 냄새가 더해진다. 팰럿은 향보다 힘이 세며 탄 빵과 졸인 과일 소스의 진한 단맛이 나타난다. 피니시는 구운 곡물 계열의 여운으로 정리된다. 2000년경 병입된 버번 우드 숙성 10년 롱로우로, 복잡하지는 않지만 완성도가 높다.

rather discreet at first nosing but getting nicely fragrant, with quite some wax polish, varnish (good varnish ;-)), beeswax… Very delicate, in fact, not too expressive but quite refined and elegant. Notes of nectar, flowers from the fields, getting a little smoky and rubbery (new rubber band). Very nice, although there’s also some smells of hot metal (hot still?)
restaurant 맛 (팔레트)
more powerful this time, quite rubbery again, with some burnt bread, overcooked fruit sauce. Nice, quite balanced and showing lots of oomph but not too complex. The finish is very nice, though, on all sorts of roasted things. In short, a very good one, very enjoyable. 87 points . Springbank NAS (46%, OB, House and Tree label, Germany, mid 1990’s)
