첫 향은 배즙과 멜론 껍질처럼 서늘한 과실 계열이 명확하게 드러난다. 뒤로 버번 배럴의 바닐라와 옅은 톱밥 향이 따라오며 11년치 오크 영향이 확인된다. 58.4도의 팰럿은 초반 강하게 조이지만 이내 꿀과 곡물 단맛, 옅은 밀랍으로 풀린다. 피니시는 백후추와 마른 허브가 남고 여운의 끝이 서서히 건조해진다. 도수와 서늘한 과실의 밀고 당김이 이 2007년 샘플의 핵심이다.
