노즈에서는 퍼스트필 올로로소 펀천에서 온 퍼지와 토피, 파네토네 뉘앙스가 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 2007년 증류해 12년을 보낸 이 글렌알라키 싱글 캐스크는 59.8도의 높은 도수에도 셰리의 케이크 같은 단맛이 뚜렷하다. 팰럿에서는 퍼지와 카페 라테, 건포도 롤이 층을 이루며 발전하고, 올로로소 특유의 원숙함이 중심을 잡는다. 물을 더하면 밀리어네어 쇼트브레드 같은 단맛이 부드럽게 열린다. 높은 도수가 단맛의 무게를 밀어 올려 구조가 단단하다. 피니시는 길게 이어지며 파네토네와 향신료가 남는다.
