스페이사이드 애버라워 인근의 글렌알라키는 느린 증류와 셰리 캐스크 운용으로 진한 풍미를 빚는 증류소다. PX 호그스헤드가 잔에 짙은 구릿빛을 입힌다. 15년의 향은 건포도와 흑설탕, 모카 커피의 단내가 빽빽하게 차오른다. 60.7도의 높은 도수대로 입은 당밀과 말린 무화과, 계피가 진하게 밀려든다. 여운은 끈적한 셰리 단맛과 볶은 견과가 오래 머문다.
