잔을 조금 떨어뜨려 향을 맡아야 60.9도의 열기 뒤에 숨은 바닐라와 청사과가 제대로 드러난다. 더 흔들면 버번 통의 캐러멜과 갓 자른 나무 향이 열린다. 아주 적은 양만 머금으면 후추와 생강이 혀를 먼저 때리고 곧 꿀과 보리 사탕이 그 자리를 채운다. 물을 섞어 다시 삼키면 향이 넓게 눕고 코코넛과 시트러스의 산뜻함이 목 뒤로 길게 따라온다.
