글렌알라키 2006년이 PX 호그스헤드에서 15년을 보내고 진한 적갈색으로 잔에 잠긴다. 코끝에는 검은 건포도와 대추야자, 흑설탕의 단 향이 진하게 솟아오르고, 옅은 정향이 그 끝에 비친다. 입에 머금으면 무화과와 다크 초콜릿, 구운 견과의 풍미가 묵직하게 입을 채우고, PX 캐스크가 새긴 진한 단맛이 혀에 진득하게 머문다. 59.4도의 강한 기운 끝에 말린 과일과 향신료의 풍미가 풀바디로 길게 이어지며 천천히 사그라든다.

great fun. Crazy smoke, salty liquorice, pine resin, prune juice and Loch Dhu, only a thousand times better than Loch Dhu. With water: chestnut purée and tarry liquorice. More please
