Tasting Notes
잔을 코끝에 가져가면 미즈나라와 올로로소 셰리가 함께 입힌 향이 독특하게 인사한다. 글렌알라키답게 백단향과 향, 잘 익은 자두, 볶은 견과가 차례로 올라온다. 잔을 기울여 한 모금 머금으면 50도가 부드럽게 입안을 적시며 흑설탕과 마른 과일, 동양적인 우디 스파이스를 풀어낸다. 17년을 보낸 이 보틀링은 일본산 오크와 셰리의 조합이 빚어낸 색다른 깊이가 또렷이 드러난다. 목을 넘긴 뒤에는 향나무와 캐러멜의 여운이 오래 남는다.
