스페이사이드 애버라워 인근의 글렌알라키는 셰리 캐스크 숙성에 정평이 난 증류소다. 잔에는 짙은 호박빛이 담긴다. 올로로소와 페드로 히메네스 캐스크를 아우른 15년산은 볶은 견과와 포도, 가죽의 향을 진하게 끌어올린다. 46도의 입안은 구운 견과와 생강, 셰리의 향신료와 밤의 결로 번진다. 여운은 그을린 건포도와 오크의 쌉쌀함을 남기며 이어진다.
