Tasting Notes
노즈에서 먼저 감지되는 것은 스패니시 버진 오크가 더한 초록빛 향신료와 생강, 허니콤 향이다. 메이플 시럽과 진저브레드, 갓 구운 크루아상의 뉘앙스가 뒤따르며 점점 발전한다. 팰럿은 백후추와 계피, 넛맥이 먼저 오르고 마들렌과 오렌지꽃 꿀, 무화과의 단맛이 층을 이룬다. 48도의 도수가 12년 숙성의 향신료와 단맛을 단단하게 묶어 낸다. 피니시는 중간 길이로 절반은 꿀, 절반은 향신료의 여운이 또렷이 남는다.

I have the impression that it wasn’t heavily charred, as I’m rather finding green spicy notes at first, with some ginger, but it would take off with whiffs of honeycomb, maple syrup or even what they call maple butter over there in Quebec, also some gingerbread (and Stolle), fresh croissants, touches of fern, roots (or parsnips), then some fresh barley, a little grist… It would just never stop improving, getting bready in a lovely manner
