버번 배럴에서 익힌 뒤 소테른 호그스헤드에서 마무리한 시간이 글렌알라키 12년의 향을 다듬는다. 바닐라와 살구 요거트, 유럽산 꽃꿀에 라임 꽃과 캐모마일 같은 허브가 사랑스럽게 피어난다. 48도의 도수 위로 퍼스트필 버번을 닮은 크림 같은 질감에 살구 타르트와 바닐라 크림, 아카시아 꿀이 얹힌다. 이 보틀은 레몬 쪽으로 조여드는 허브의 여운을 남긴다.
