Tasting Notes
짙은 호박빛이 잔 속에서 무겁게 어린다. 스페이사이드 글렌알라키가 PX와 올로로소, 버진 오크와 리오하 캐스크를 두루 거쳐 59.4도로 담긴 캐스크 스트렝스다. 코에는 버터스카치와 끈적한 토피 푸딩, 온갖 건포도가 와인의 결을 두르고 번진다. 물을 더하면 대추와 무화과, 배의 뉘앙스가 산뜻하게 열린다. 입에서는 커피 리큐어와 PX의 단맛, 홍차와 다크초콜릿이 짙게 밀려온다. 여러 와인 캐스크가 겹쳐 놀랄 만큼 짙은 결을 빚어낸다. 여운은 민트와 초콜릿, 차와 오크가 아주 길게 이어진다.
