올로로소 셰리 우드 피니시가 10년 글렌알라키 원액에 짙은 와인의 결을 덧입힌다. 우드 스파이스가 강하게 드러나며 정향과 육두구, 타르와 갈린 후추의 향이 오래된 셀러처럼 번진다. 48퍼센트의 도수에서 입안은 크러시드 카시스와 라즈베리 젤리 위로 검은 후추가 빽빽하게 밀려온다. 살구빛과 함께 스파이시하고 다소 러버리한 여운이 길게 이어진다.
