잔을 흔들어 향을 열면 글렌알라키 9년 우드 컬렉션의 깊어진 밀짚빛이 흔들린다. 코끝에 가져가면 피노 셰리가 남긴 비스킷과 삼나무, 솔방울의 흙내음이 은은하게 열린다. 한 모금 머금으면 48도의 질감 위로 발사믹의 새콤함과 소금 아몬드, 말린 사과가 번진다. 삼키고 나면 아몬티야도 특유의 가죽 같은 짠맛과 마른 여운이 단정하게 이어진다.

I feel this one works a little better, there is clearer sherry influence from the off, even if it remains on the lighter side, but then perhaps that's the point of this wee series? A little richer, earthier, more biscuity and some cedar wood and pine cones
