Tasting Notes
맑은 밀짚빛이 잔 속에 산뜻하게 담긴다. 아메리칸 오크를 거쳐 켄터키 라이 캐스크에서 마무리한 글렌알라키 9년은 스페이사이드의 어리고 산뜻한 과일 개성을 지녔다. 사과와 배, 커스터드와 바닐라의 향이 깔끔하게 피어오른다. 48도의 도수 위로 비스킷 같은 몰트와 자연스러운 단맛, 구운 곡물의 결이 혀에 번진다. 여운은 중간 길이로 이어지며 푸른 올리브의 뉘앙스가 부드럽게 비친다.

I detect too many of Fino's trademark salty notes, this is rather more classical young fruity Speyside I would say. Lots of apples, pears, cereals, custard and a little vanilla

again, not too sure about the sherry influence here, but it's a nicely simple and biscuity malt with easy natural sweetness and some toasty cereal notes
timer Finish
medium, perhaps a little more sherry character in the finish now with a suggestion of green olive
