Tasting Notes
짙은 호박빛이 잔에 따뜻하게 어린다. 토마틴 2011은 셰리 호그스헤드에서 8년을 보낸 하이랜드 몰트로, 향에서는 잘 익은 체리와 건포도, 시나몬이 화사하게 번진다. 한 모금 머금으면 59.1도의 강한 힘 위로 붉은 과일과 흑설탕, 정향이 깊게 흐른다. 젊지만 셰리가 단단히 받친 여운은 달콤한 과일과 오크로 길게 남는다.

not a gentle, fruity/floral Tomatin, rather a very kirschy, raw, aggressive youngster when undiluted. Very yeasty but not feinty. With water: improves quite a lot. Apple tart, papayas, vanilla, tea... And cornflakes. Also a lot of custard

more fruits, rather oranges and maybe kiwis, but it's still hot and aggressive. Farmer's plum eau-de-vie. With water: a little more rubber and leather, also more ginger and bitter oranges
