잔을 가까이 하면 구운 견과와 건포도, 캐러멜라이즈된 단 향이 명확하게 드러나는 하이랜드 몰트다. 더 위스키 챔버가 마데이라 바리크에서 11년 채운 토마틴으로, 강화 와인 캐스크 특유의 향이 또렷하게 나타난다. 팰럿은 무화과와 대추야자, 흑설탕의 단맛이 두꺼운 질감으로 흐르며 56.3도의 도수가 향미를 단단하게 끌어올린다. 마데이라가 준 진한 과일 단맛과 가벼운 산미의 구조감이 또렷하고 균형이 잘 잡혀 있다. 여운에서는 구운 견과와 달콤한 와인의 풍미가 오래 머문다.
