Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 1974 빈티지 토마틴 특유의 무르익은 열대 과일과 밀랍, 마른 풀 향이 명확하게 드러난다. 19년 숙성을 거친 올드 스타일 하이랜드 몰트답게 43도의 도수가 부드럽고 또렷한 질감을 만들며, 입에서는 망고와 꿀, 가벼운 오크 향신료가 차근히 발전한다. 옛 증류 방식다운 깊고 단정한 구조감이 인상적이다. 피니시는 맥아 단맛과 은은한 시트러스가 길게 이어진다.

no no no, this is perfectly fine, with nice whiffs of Fruit Loops, crushed bananas, acacia honey, Belgian waffle and even popcorn. That’s well-handled virgin oak
restaurant Palate
oooh they had been working on the recipe! I find this really good, balanced, with these notes of tarte tatin, guavas, notes of white Rhône wine (white Hermitage while we’re at it) and a very delicate leafiness. Say silver needle tea, they should come out in April I guess, but will that stupid virus let them travel to our shores?
