Tasting Notes
맑은 황금빛이 잔에 어리는 이 토마틴은 1976년에 증류되어 1990년에 병입된 오래된 보틀링이다. 오크 캐스크에서 13년을 보낸 향에는 잘 익은 사과와 보리, 옅은 꿀의 달콤함이 솟아오른다. 57.2도의 도수로 입에 머금으면 바닐라와 시트러스, 맥아의 단맛이 또렷하게 번지고, 하이랜드다운 깔끔한 결이 혀를 감싼다. 오크와 곡물의 여운이 부드럽게 비치며 이어진다.

extremely close to its sibling, maybe just a tad drier and more on vanilla and oak. Also a little more mint and grass. Let’s not split hair, it’s of similar (very high) quality. With water: same comments. Maybe a little more oak here, maybe… Well, certainly, but quality is similar. I love these whiffs of ‘a beehive that you just opened’ (watch the stings)

once again, it’s just marginally different but this time it’s even fruitier, more candied and maybe a little more citrusy as well. Firm, tight, rich, lively… Again, wow. With water: wowie! Extravagant, sexy, fruity…
