노즈에서는 1965년 토마틴 30년의 버번 캐스크 숙성이 가져온 따뜻한 시리얼 향이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 마른 보리, 노란 사과, 옅은 꿀의 노트가 정연하게 흐른다. 팰럿은 46%의 도수가 부드럽게 입을 채우며 바닐라, 토피, 약한 시나몬의 풍미로 발전한다. 60년대 중반 토마틴 특유의 단정한 캐릭터가 30년의 시간 끝에 또렷한 골격으로 깃들어 있으며 균형이 단단하다. 피니시는 꿀과 마른 보리의 잔향이 길게 이어진다.
