옅은 황금빛이 잔 속에 잔잔히 잠겨 있다. 토마틴 1968년 고든 앤 맥페일 코노시어스 초이스 20년은 옛 토마틴의 절제된 보디와 70년대 캐스크의 부드러운 우드가 단단히 맞물려 있다. 향에는 말린 사과와 꿀, 흰꽃과 견과의 고소함이 깊게 머문다. 40도의 부드러운 도수가 입천장을 천천히 덮으며 갈색 설탕과 시트러스, 미세한 향신료를 풀어놓는다. 여운은 마른 오크와 흰 후추가 길게 이어진다.
