Tasting Notes
인버네스 남쪽 고지대의 토마틴은 서늘한 산악 기후 속에서 부드럽고 단정한 원액을 길러 낸다. 잔에는 옅은 황금빛이 감돈다. 1976년 빈티지의 향은 꿀과 잘 익은 사과, 가벼운 향나무가 산뜻하게 피어오른다. 18년을 보낸 46도의 입안은 바닐라와 시트러스, 맥아의 단맛이 매끄럽게 번진다. 여운에는 꿀과 옅은 오크 향신료가 부드럽게 이어진다.

very pale white wine, so probably very little wood indeed
air Nose
pears, chalk and porridge, that's what we were expecting. Feels extremely natural at first, before a little more bourbonness would chime in, around vanilla and barley syrup. Gooseberries, probably, but no metal as such (like tin box, copper coins, old iron, tools and such). So perhaps not quite for Ozzy O.…
restaurant Palate
good, mucho natural indeed, on barley or just grist, then golden delicious and a few orange zests. Uncomplicated, but body and balance are perfect
timer Finish
of good length, with a little more oranges, barley syrup, and apples in the aftertaste. Pleasant lightness
