Tasting Notes
잘 익은 호박빛이 잔에 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 1976년의 토마틴을 18년 동안 보낸 이 퍼스트 캐스크 보틀링은 마른 사과와 헤이즐넛, 옅은 토피의 향이 깊게 머문다. 입에서는 46도의 절제된 도수가 흑설탕과 시나몬, 옅은 마른 무화과의 단맛을 가볍게 펼친다. 하이랜드 산악 증류소 특유의 깨끗한 미네랄리티가 부드러운 균형 속에서 길게 이어진다.

very pale white wine, so probably very little wood indeed

pears, chalk and porridge, that's what we were expecting. Feels extremely natural at first, before a little more bourbonness would chime in, around vanilla and barley syrup. Gooseberries, probably, but no metal as such (like tin box, copper coins, old iron, tools and such). So perhaps not quite for Ozzy O.…
restaurant Palate
good, mucho natural indeed, on barley or just grist, then golden delicious and a few orange zests. Uncomplicated, but body and balance are perfect
timer Finish
of good length, with a little more oranges, barley syrup, and apples in the aftertaste. Pleasant lightness
