Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 토마틴 특유의 부드러운 과수원 과일과 옅은 꿀, 마른 풀 향이 먼저 두드러진다. 리필 호그스헤드가 절제된 오크로 23년 숙성의 균형을 단정하게 잡아준다. 입에서는 46.1도의 도수가 잘 익은 배와 바닐라, 옅은 시트러스를 매끄럽게 밀어낸다. 피니시는 마른 오크와 맥아 단맛이 잔잔히 이어진다. 1994년 퍼스트 에디션다운 차분하고 정제된 하이랜드다.

very pale white wine, so probably very little wood indeed
air Nose
pears, chalk and porridge, that's what we were expecting. Feels extremely natural at first, before a little more bourbonness would chime in, around vanilla and barley syrup. Gooseberries, probably, but no metal as such (like tin box, copper coins, old iron, tools and such). So perhaps not quite for Ozzy O.…
restaurant Palate
good, mucho natural indeed, on barley or just grist, then golden delicious and a few orange zests. Uncomplicated, but body and balance are perfect
timer Finish
of good length, with a little more oranges, barley syrup, and apples in the aftertaste. Pleasant lightness
