well, it’s well creamy, soft and fruity as expected, albeit not quite exuberant. Quinces and oranges, kumquats, vanilla crème, bananas (not big bananas)... All that coated with subtle notes of nutmeg and a little cinnamon. Excellent freshness considering its age
restaurant Palate
sweet and fruity attack, quite soft, on orange drops and tinned pineapples. The oak and its spicy cortege strikes second, making the whole rather drier. Strong tea and grape pips
timer Finish
rather long but maybe a tad too drying now. Quite some cloves
