Tasting Notes
오랜 시간이 깊게 머문 진한 호박빛이 잔에 잠긴다. 1976년 증류해 22년을 보낸 토마틴은 더글라스 레잉의 올드 몰트 캐스크가 50도로 골라낸 단일 캐스크 보틀링이다. 향은 잘 익은 사과와 헤이즐넛, 옅은 곡물 단맛이 함께 비친다. 입에서는 꿀에 절인 살구와 토피, 가벼운 시나몬의 단맛이 미끄러지듯 흐른다. 색은 짙은 황금빛, 여운은 보리 비스킷과 옅은 오크로 길게 이어진다.

once again, a very pleasant nose, more on the fruity side this time. Tinned pineapples, guavas, lavender honey (that does not smell like lavender perfume, eh!), tangerines, ripe bananas… I always found kind of an Irishness in older Tomatins and this one is no exception
