버번 배럴과 올로로소 셰리 버트에서 36년을 따로 보낸 시간이 한 잔에 함께 흐른다. 토마틴의 소규모 배치 릴리즈답게 두 캐스크의 영향이 어느 한쪽으로 기울지 않고 균형이 단단하다. 노즈에는 잘 익은 모과, 토피, 옅은 가죽이 또렷이 드러난다. 입에 머금으면 흑설탕과 견과류가 두꺼운 질감으로 흐르며 46도의 도수가 36년 숙성의 무게를 부드럽게 받쳐준다. 짙은 호박빛 잔에서 셰리의 향신료와 버번의 바닐라가 길게 이어진다.
