노즈에서는 30년 장기 숙성한 토마틴의 무르익은 과일과 오래된 오크 향이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 버번과 전통 오크를 함께 쓴 이 위스키는 꿀과 바닐라, 옅은 시트러스가 뒤따라 명확하게 드러난다. 팰럿은 46도에서 토피와 마른 살구, 가벼운 향신료가 또렷하게 발전한다. 피니시는 오크의 은은한 스파이스와 과일 단맛으로 길게 이어지며 균형이 단단하다.
