맑은 짚빛이 잔에 투명하게 감도는 토마틴 30년이다. 퍼스트필 버번 배럴에서 오래 숙성했음에도 색은 놀랄 만큼 옅고, 코에는 갓 뜯은 껌과 마시멜로, 온갖 과일 사탕이 활기차게 터진다. 46도의 한 모금은 망고와 패션프루트, 바나나에 바닐라 크림과 계피가 더해진 과일 샐러드처럼 산뜻하게 흐른다. 30년의 세월이 무겁게 짓누르지 않고 오히려 생기로 남아, 여운은 잘 익은 열대 과일과 옅은 오크로 길게 이어진다.
