토마틴 프렌치 컬렉션은 프랑스 리브잘트 와인 캐스크에서 마무리한 보틀링으로, 노즈에서는 커피콩과 타피오카, 초콜릿의 건조한 향에 가을 낙엽을 닮은 마른 뉘앙스가 겹친다. 팰럿은 정향과 육두구, 계피의 스파이스가 코코아 가루와 아몬드 위로 또렷하게 발전하며, 46도의 도수가 균형 잡힌 보디를 만든다. 토마틴 본연의 밝은 과실은 향신료 뒤에서 은은하게 받쳐 준다. 피니시는 중간 길이로 계피와 마른 향신료의 여운이 남는다.

this is unusual, I rather get coffee beans and tapioca, before more sawdust, chocolate, and autumn leaves kick in. I find this very dry, but that’s not totally unpleasant

Tomatin’s fruity brightness seems to be staying in the background, while many spices get louder. Cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon, cocoa powder, almonds… Now there are oranges as well, and perhaps a little tamarind. Good body

medium, always on cinnamon and other dry spices. Perhaps gooseberries in the aftertaste
