Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 모스카텔 캐스크 피니시에서 온 메이플 시럽과 스펀지 케이크, 바닐라의 부드러운 단맛이 먼저 두드러지고 옅은 라일락 향이 발전한다. 팰럿은 시럽처럼 매끄러운 질감 위로 팬케이크와 버터스카치, 아카시아 꿀이 얹히며 균형이 단단하게 이어진다. 46도의 절제된 도수가 15년 숙성의 부드러움을 또렷하게 지탱하고 후반에는 커스터드 같은 달큰함이 명확하게 드러난다. 피니시는 중간 길이로 오렌지 드롭스 같은 과실 단맛이 남는다. 토마틴 포르투갈 컬렉션인 이 위스키는 모스카텔 캐스크가 빚은 순한 단맛의 몰트를 보여준다.

very gentle, polished, syrupy in a good way, less fat and big than the Caribbean (which wasn’t very fat and big mind you), with some pancakes covered with maple syrup, butterscotch, and the most delicate acacia honey.
