Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 정교하게 다듬어진 시트러스 몰트와 리몬첼로의 상큼함이 가장 먼저 드러난다. 토마틴이 아몬티야도 피니시로 마무리한 이 12년산은 셰리에서 온 은은한 견과가 산뜻함에 깊이를 더한다. 팰럿에서는 레몬과 라임, 살짝의 루바브가 이어지며 레몬 타르트 같은 새콤한 단맛이 46도 아래 또렷하다. 피니시는 길고 레몬의 짜릿한 산미가 남는다. 아몬티야도 캐스크가 밝은 시트러스에 구조를 더한 보틀링이다.
