Tasting Notes
밝은 밀짚빛이 잔에 맑게 어린다. 피노 셰리로 3년을 마무리한 토마틴 2002는 감귤이 지배하는 향을 곧게 세워, 레몬과 리몬첼로, 산뜻한 몰트의 결을 군더더기 없이 풀어놓는다. 46도의 입안에서는 레몬과 라임의 새콤함이 한층 도드라지고 루바브의 상큼함, 레몬 커드와 머랭의 달큰함이 또렷하게 번진다. 여운은 길게 이어지며 레몬의 알알한 산미가 깔끔하게 남아 피노 특유의 드라이한 성격을 부드럽게 비친다.
