Tasting Notes
만사니야 셰리 캐스크에서 3년을 더 마무리한 시간이 토마틴 2002년에 독특하고 산뜻한 결을 입힌다. 코에는 으깬 후추와 탄내, 요구르트와 바나나 껍질이 뒤섞이고 레몬을 짜 넣은 밀맥주 같은 상큼함이 감돈다. 46도의 입에서는 타르 같은 뉘앙스와 시트러스, 풋풋한 풀과 후추가 어우러지고 아이스티와 멜론 시럽, 소비뇽 블랑 같은 산미가 뒤따른다. 드라이한 만사니야 특유의 짭짤한 결이 여느 달큰한 셰리와 확연히 다른 개성을 낸다. 옅은 황금빛 아래 여운은 상쾌한 IPA와 사케 같은 뉘앙스가 중간 길이로 이어지며 개운하게 닫힌다.

cracked pepper, brake dust, carbon, yogurt, kebab sauce, banana skin. It's actually also very much on white beer with a twist of lemon and a touch of grapefruit. IPA? Pleasant nose, pretty fresh
restaurant Palate
I don't quite know why and for what, or where these flavours were coming from, but I'm not against this slightly tarry, citrusy, grassy and peppery combo. Touches of iced tea and melon syrup, some sauvignon blanc too
timer Finish
medium, rather refreshing. A good IPA, really, and some sake in the aftertaste
