Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 훈제 연어와 젖은 회벽, 마른 재의 미네랄 향이 먼저 두드러진다. 스프링뱅크가 만든 헤이즐번 1999는 리필 버번 호그스헤드에서 10년을 보낸 만큼 46도에서도 짭조름한 해풍과 사과 껍질, 겨자의 알싸함을 또렷하게 드러낸다. 팰럿에서는 날카로운 레몬과 덜 익은 초록 과실, 백악질 미네랄과 유자가 층을 이루며 발전한다. 피니시는 팽팽하고 시트러스한 산미에 통밀빵과 주니퍼가 얹혀 이어진다.
