Tasting Notes
코끝에 먼저 닿는 것은 킬호만의 젊고 강렬한 피트 연기와 바닷가 소금기다. 어린 숙성에도 버번 캐스크의 바닐라와 레몬이 향을 받친다. 팰럿은 매캐한 훈연 위로 시트러스와 곡물 단맛이 층을 이루고 58.9도가 거칠게 밀어 올린다. 여운은 재와 후추, 소금기가 길게 남는 4년 싱글 캐스크다. 어린 아일라 위스키다운 거친 활력과 강한 피트가 살아 있다.

vanilla and marshmallows, with drops of williams pear liqueur (we make the best in Alsace! Of course we do!) and some kind of grassier Turkish delights. Well not sure about that part. What's clear is that this is by far the least peaty K. we've tried so far. I mean, today. With water: we might still be in near-newmake territory and what's funny is that the more water you add, the more it would bite your nose

very sweet, with some smoked bubblegum. I'm sure no one's ever tried to smoke bubblegum (maybe the Mexicans?) but I'm sure you get the picture. With water: very young but very good. It's z style. Sweet branches, roots, manioc, plantains, salted almonds, sweetened gentian, (yeah, gentian liqueur)…
