Tasting Notes
레몬과 모닥불 재 향이 노즈에서 가장 먼저 존재감을 드러낸다. 버번 캐스크에서 5년을 보낸 어린 킬호만답게 날카롭고 청량한 피트가 또렷하게 드러난다. 팰럿에서는 바닐라와 풋사과, 후추 같은 훈연이 59.4도의 강한 힘으로 발전한다. 풋풋한 보리의 단맛이 훈연 사이로 비친다. 어린 나이답게 활기차고 직선적이며, 피니시는 재와 감귤이 길고 산뜻하게 이어진다.

surprisingly, the rum remains discreet, so it's alright; it seems to have softened the very young Islay a bit. Vanilla and gentle peat, apples, sunflower oil, green pepper. With water: not too chimerical
restaurant Palate
it's good, the powerful side of Caroni somewhat amplifies the strength of Kilchoman, but the sweetness is also heightened. Not too sure… With water: it's not bad at all but, of course, when you've just tasted some natural and flamboyant Kilchomans, it does suffer by comparison
