밝은 볏짚빛이 잔에 생생하게 담긴다. 버번 배럴과 올로로소 셰리 벗에서 9년을 보낸 킬호만은 바다 내음과 피트에 검은 체리와 블랙베리, 반죽과 잿내가 겹쳐 풍성한 향을 낸다. 48도의 도수가 입안을 채우며 온갖 체리의 단맛이 훈연하고 짭조름한 바탕 위로 또렷하게 흐른다. 아일라의 젊은 증류소가 빚은 이 빈티지는 셰리와 피트의 균형이 뛰어나다. 피트와 후추, 바다 기운, 잘 다듬어진 체리의 긴 여운이 남는다.
