Tasting Notes
맑은 금빛이 잔 안에서 선명하게 반짝인다. 아일라의 젊은 농장 증류소 킬호만은, 프레시 버번 배럴 위로 피칸 파이와 무화과 잼, 바닷물과 후추 뿌린 골뱅이의 향을 코끝에 강렬하게 쌓아 올린다. 2010년 증류해 6년을 보낸 이 위스키는 58.9도의 힘으로 피트 연기와 흙내, 가죽과 후추의 짭조름한 풍미를 밀어붙인다. 대만을 위해 병입된 이 싱글 캐스크는 어린 나이에도 강한 개성을 지녔고, 여운은 매콤한 연기와 건포도가 남는다.

too dominated by the cask and its previous contents for me. Far too much. Loads of raisins and pepper. Another proof that Consumer Clubs can sometimes be a rip-off (stay polite, S.!).
