Tasting Notes
아일라 서북부 록사이드 농장의 보리밭과 거센 대서양 바람이 킬호만의 캐릭터를 빚는다. 2010년 4년이지만 60.4%의 활기가 어린 위스키의 잠재력을 보여준다. 잔에는 옅은 밀짚빛이 잠잠히 깃들고 향은 신선한 피트 연기와 바다 소금, 시트러스 껍질, 풀 향이 드러난다. 입에는 두꺼운 오일리함이 흐르며 어린 보리와 약초, 진한 훈연의 풍미가 발전한다. 여운은 짭짤한 피트와 미네랄이 길게 이어진다.

fine. Peat and walnuts, some leather, some tobacco, and no f**** raisins! H.u.r.r.a.y.! With water: fine, clean, almondy, relatively rounded… Hessian, cough syrup, oyster juice, and then more and more plasticine. Playful ;-). And marzipan
restaurant Palate
bye-bye raisins indeed. Sharp and whistle-clean, almost angular, very lemony, with a feeling of peated kiwis. There. With water: very very good. The youth shows, but this is bright and the sherry is rather minimalistic. Coz, in my opinion, sherry on young peaters can make it all apocalyptical. Like mustard in coffee
