Tasting Notes
밝은 금빛이 잔에 맑게 어린다. 아일라 킬호만의 첫 출시작으로, 버번과 올로로소를 거친 어린 3년의 패기가 잔 위로 번진다. 갓 깐 호두와 사과 껍질, 은은한 기름내음 위로 어린 피트의 풋풋한 연기가 스민다. 입안에서는 수액 같은 단맛과 레몬, 퍼티 같은 미네랄이 미끄러지듯 흐른다. 46도의 여운은 레몬과 소금기, 옅은 훈연의 결로 길게 이어진다.

its softer, leafier, more polished, and in a way, more ‘Caol Ila’. Fresh walnuts and apple peelings. Perhaps a little more engine oil as well?

excellent as well, but perhaps a little more mono-dimensional than the 2015. A little more towards sappy and soapy tones, putty, plasticine… But very excellent it remains

long, lemony, salty, always with a little putty. Or putty-like flavours
