노즈에서는 킬호만다운 강렬한 피트 스모크와 바닷내음, 레몬 향이 먼저 두드러진다. 버번 캐스크가 바닐라와 시트러스를 얹어 어린 아일라 몰트를 밝힌다. 팰럿은 56.4도의 힘으로 훈연과 후추, 짭조름한 미네랄이 또렷하게 밀려온다. 2007 빈티지답게 피트의 밀도가 강렬하게 발전한다. 피니시는 재와 레몬, 바다 소금이 매콤하게 길게 이어진다.
