아일라 서부의 농장 증류소 킬호만은 보리 재배부터 병입까지 섬 안에서 해내는 곳이다. 버번 캐스크에 갓 채운 이 2006년 뉴 스피릿은 화이트 와인처럼 옅은 빛을 띠고, 과일과 바닐라에 매콤한 후추와 타는 나무 연기가 어린 향이 오른다. 62.2도의 입안은 재와 그을린 이탄, 버번 오크의 단맛이 힘차게 번지고, 마무리에는 배 사탕 같은 달콤함과 바닐라가 산뜻하게 이어진다.
