Tasting Notes
옅은 화이트 와인빛이 잔 벽을 타고 맑게 빛난다. 신선한 올로로소 셰리 벗에서 나온 킬호만 2006은 겨우 3년의 어린 나이지만 재와 흙, 농가의 향이 강렬하게 퍼진다. 레몬과 굴의 짭조름함, 옅은 그을음이 아일라의 야성을 드러낸다. 61도의 기세로 입에서는 크리미하면서도 흙내음과 산뜻한 레몬이 팽팽하게 맞선다. 여운은 길게 이어지며 피트 연기가 폭발하듯 번지고, 레몬과 슈거파우더의 단맛이 뒤늦게 감돈다.

it’s ashier and smokier than the Port Charlotte, much more farmy too, and drier as well. Roots again but little gentian, clay, then lemon and oysters, a little soot, maybe exhaust fumes (from an Aston, not a Lexus, no need to say) and a very moderate brininess. Sure it’s young but it’s nice on the nose, even without water

creamy, earthy, slightly acidic, closer to the PC this time because of the lemony side. It’s all very nervous, with even touches of white tequila and rum

long, a tad sweeter, with a peat blast in the aftertaste but also a little lemon and icing sugar
