Tasting Notes
맑은 밀짚빛이 잔 안에 투명하게 비친다. 아일라 서쪽 농장 증류소 킬호만이 퍼스트필 버번 캐스크에서 단 세 해를 보낸 이 보틀링은 어린 나이에도 강한 피트를 품는다. 해변의 모닥불 연기와 레몬, 갓 벤 보리의 향이 61.7도의 힘을 타고 곧장 솟는다. 한 모금에는 그을린 시트러스와 바닐라, 짭조름한 재가 또렷하게 번진다. 끝맛은 훈연과 풋풋한 곡물을 남기며 뜨겁고 길게 이어진다.

more on fruits and vanilla and certainly less ‘maritime’ than the 2007 at this point. Or so it seams… With water: definitely less complex and more spirity than the 2007. Also more pepper, more smoke, more burning wood
