Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 킬호만 특유의 짙은 피트와 그을린 가죽, 짠 미네랄 향이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 2006년 증류 18년 숙성된 올로로소 셰리 벗의 영향으로 무화과, 코코아, 시나몬 노트가 발전해 아일라 서부 신흥 증류소의 구조감이 명확하게 드러난다. 팰럿은 48.9도의 도수 안에서 짙은 단맛과 후추, 약초가 균형 잡힌 깊이를 만든다. 피니시는 그을린 오크와 짠 피트, 가죽이 길게 발전한다.

let's be honest, the STR remains discreet. Here is a lovely, rich peat, almost as if the barley had been partially smoked with herbs. Or at least with very young peat. There are notes of patchouli, potpourri, hints of tomato leaves (that could be the STR) and hay. It really feels like the countryside
restaurant Palate
this sweet, almost liqueur-like quality is quite typical. Peat liqueur, now that's an amusing concept. There's brioche dough, a freshly baked orange cake, butterscotch, fresh coriander and sorrel, and always that sweet peat sometimes found in Lagavulin
timer Finish
long and more honeyed. Peppery oysters in the finish
