Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 킬호만 100% 아일라답게 올리브유와 사과 껍질, 농가 같은 흙내와 훈연 향이 먼저 두드러진다. 아일라산 보리로만 만든 원액의 거친 개성이 그대로 드러난다. 팰럿은 50도에서 붉은 후추와 체리, 초록빛 스모크와 주니퍼가 층을 이루며 발전한다. 대부분 버번에 소량 올로로소 셰리가 더해져 붉은 뉘앙스가 살짝 비친다. 피니시는 중간 길이로 잎사귀 같은 결과 옅은 쓴맛이 남는 10주년 에디션이다.

not quite. I find this unbalanced and frankly, the smoke and the red berries just wouldn’t tango. With water: okayish. Red pepper, cherries, green smoke, juniper, artichokes… And indeed, sundried tomatoes
