옅은 살구빛이 잔 안에 은은하게 어린다. 아일라에서 보리부터 병입까지 마친 킬호만 100% 아일라 9번째 에디션은 아홉 해를 버번 캐스크에서 보냈다. 올리브유와 사과 껍질, 파르마 햄의 향이 농장의 흙내음과 함께 피어오른다. 50도의 도수 위로 붉은 피망과 체리, 푸른 훈연, 말린 토마토의 결이 입안에 번진다. 여운은 중간 길이로 잎사귀 같은 청량함과 옅은 쌉쌀함을 남긴다.

not quite. I find this unbalanced and frankly, the smoke and the red berries just wouldn’t tango. With water: okayish. Red pepper, cherries, green smoke, juniper, artichokes… And indeed, sundried tomatoes
