Tasting Notes
잔을 흔들면 살구빛이 감도는 황금빛이 유리 벽을 타고 흐른다. 코끝을 가져가면 킬호만다운 올리브 오일과 사과 껍질, 옅은 훈제 향이 먼저 올라오고, 붉은 베리의 새콤함이 뒤따른다. 한 모금 머금으면 50도의 도수가 피트 연기와 붉은 후추, 체리, 주니퍼를 혀 위에 펼치며 젊은 아일라 몰트의 야성을 드러낸다. 삼킨 뒤에는 나뭇잎 같은 쌉쌀함과 옅은 훈연의 여운이 은근하게 이어진다.
